Charlotte a Chef from France and Ed an Architect and Carpenter from Mexico met in London and bonded over time spent visiting breweries and enjoying beers while travelling through Europe and South East Asia before settling in Australia where they became avid homebrewers and three years on from their first brew they formed Frexi Brewing. Fre-Xi comes from the alliance between France & Mexico.

Having a craft beer creates this tasty escape from your routine. The good feeling at the end of a long working day or a sunny afternoon with friends. We want to create a visual escape, a big colourful window, an opening where you want to be. It doesn’t matter if it’s a cold winter day, looking at the can will take you back on holidays and remind you the feeling of freedom.
